How do I get to Sunrise Beach?
From Corpus Christi, Take I
-37 North towards San Antonio. Take Exit 34. Go under the freeway
and follow the road north. There will be a fork in the road, and a
sign that says Hwy 359. Veer to the left and you will come to Hwy
359. Go left (South) on Hwy 359. Take Hwy 359 through a stop light
and out of town. Go four miles to Park Road 25. Turn Right. Our
campground will be a mile on the left. If you go over the river,
you have gone too far
From Alice, go
north toward Mathis on Hwy 359, about 23 miles. Turn left (west)
on Park Road 25. Sunrise Beach will be a mile on the left.
From San Antonio,
Go South on Hwy 37 about a hundred miles toward Corpus Christi, to
Exit 36. Turn right (west) on Hwy 359. Go four miles to Park Road
25. Turn Right. Our campground will be a mile on the left. If you
go over the river, you have gone too far

How Many Campsites do you have?
There are over 130 camp sites. You can
select from primitive camping in our rustic area, partial hookups
for the less adventurous, and full hookups for the fully modern
camper.

What type of Campsites Do You Have?
There are campsites powered with both
both 30 amps and 50 amps. Many of our 50 amp campsites are "pull
through style" accommodating the largest recreational vehicles

How Big is Sunrise Beach?
There are 27 acres of fun at
Sunrise Beach to handle any occasion. With over a full mile of
shoreline, there is plenty of room for your family.

When Are You Open?
The campground is open all
year, but we take off for Christmas. So come on by any time, 364
days a year.

What Facilities do You Have?
Full Service Store. Stocks beer, bait,
and camping needs, milk, hats, souvenirs, and many last
minute items.
Laundry. We have
several coin operated washers and dryers.
Indoor bathroom
and Showers.
Strategically located throughout the campground, these facilities
are never far from your fun.

Do You Allow Large Groups?
Sunrise Beach often hosts
corporate, family, class reunion, and governmental groups. Call
361-547-3004 for details, or contact us via the web.

Do You Have a Boat Ramp?
Of course! Though we can't
get an ocean liner in, most boats will be easy to get into the
water.
